Featured Activities E.O.F Newsletter "The Exchange" is a newsletter publication that is created and developed by E.O.F students. An E.O.F student is appointed as the Editor-in-Chief. It is a medium for the students to express their literary skills, to provide information that is pertinent to student success, and to recognize academic excellence in the E.O.F Program. The Exchange is published each semester of the academic year. Academic and Leadership Development Conference for African-American and Latino College Men The conference is designed to have at least 200 African American and Latino men, who are attending colleges and universities throughout the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania areas, share experiences as well as support one another's ideas. The goals for the conference are set-up in three tiers: (1) to provide motivational role models for achievement, (2) to have intense workshops that will explore personal value systems and cultural obligations that influence how individuals (men of color) perceive themselves in these roles, (3) to raise awareness of their responsibility to be academically successful college men. Annual Awards Banquet and Recognition of Student Success Each year the E.O.F Program recognizes and awards students who have outstanding academic achievement throughout the year. Special tributes are also made for graduating seniors in the program. The purpose of the awards banquet is to foster, encourage and acknowledge student success.
