Mission Statement The mission of the Office of international Student Services (OISS) is to enhance the University's agenda for international education. The OISS provides international students, visiting scholars, researchers, and their dependents with information and services that allow them to obtain a positive experience throughout their stay in the United States. In particular, the OISS advises them on services related to immigration regulations, personal, social, and cross-cultural matters.
